It is a detached house of character in the heart of a small hamlet with the pretty name of Singuigneret, calm and typical of Oisans perched at an altitude of 1350 m. You can enjoy the calm and the panoramic view of the peaks and the Romanche valley. On the ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, wood stove. Upstairs, a bedroom with balcony equipped with a double bed. On the same floor, bathroom and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: converted attic (2 single beds). Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, garden furniture, barbecue, small terrace, TV (TNT), Internet and wifi, heating with solar thermal panels and pellet boiler... The cottage is close to several ski stations (les Deux Alpes, La Grave..) and to many hiking trails.
